The Globe Theatre is a live music entertainment venue and cinema, which is managed and operated by Odyssey Creative Productions Assoc Inc. (a non-profit community based, volunteer initiative) under a Community Other License, which only permits club members, reciprocal members and member's guests. Non-members are most welcome to attend as they will be invited to join as a temporary member with fee inclusive in entry prices.
Built in the late 1970's and known to many as the "Valley Twin" (infamous for its record screening run of The Rocky Horror Picture Show), the former cinema was revamped and relaunched as The Globe in May 2005 by Odyssey and still retains its underground cult cinema charm for a new generation of rock 'n' roll audiences.
Odyssey provides a diverse entertainment program at The Globe which includes live original music, noise, experimental art, retro dance parties, variety acts and cult cinema screenings.
